He was predeceased by: his parents, Rita Stark (LaRose) and Lawrence Stark; his wife Patricia (Rozell); his daughter Kelly; and his brother Raymond.
He is survived by: his son Jason (Juanita) of San Diego, CA; his grandchildren, Kevin Stark, Matthew Desmarias and Tabitha Desmarias; and his siblings, Richard (Frances), Robin Wesely (Norbert) and Janice Soothcage.
The military honors will be held on Saturday, August 9th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Whitehall American Legion Post 83.
