He was predeceased by: his father John Scalise; his sister Marilyn Mullen; and his pet Binx. He is survived by: his mother Marilyn Hoyt Scalise; his partner William "Bill" Martin; his siblings, Donna Burch (Russell) and Jack Scalise; and his brother-in-law Dwayne Mullen. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
