He was predeceased by: his parents, William Ernest and Margaret Esther Russell of Monnett, Ohio.; and his siblings, Sarah Walls, Ruth Spurgeon, Virginia Thiel and Roger Russell.
He is survived by: his wife Joyce Kent; his daughter Amy; his son-in-law Anthony George; and his grandsons, Gregory and Jeffrey George.
