We are sad to announce that on March 18, 2024, at the age of 96, Ellen F. Williams of Whitesboro, New York, born in Utica, New York passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Ellen F. Williams to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by : her parents, William Jones and Lillian Jones; her husband John G. Williams; her brother William Jones; and her great grandchild Abel Williams.

She is survived by : her son Thomas Williams (Connie) of Endwell; her grandchildren, Daniel Williams (Lindsey) of Binghamton, Stephen Williams (Jennifer) of Binghamton and Kristin Wolcott (Adam) of Lafayette, NJ; her sister Carol Franco of New Hartford; and her nieces, Michelle Mancuso and Lynette Franco. She is also survived by eight great grandchildren.
