With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Frances J. Rose of Whitesboro, New York, born in Utica, New York, who passed away on February 19, 2024 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her children, Michele Cross of Painted Post, NY and Scott Rose of Commerce City, CO; and her grandchildren, Kaleigh Rose (Riley Peterson) of Greeley, CO and SrA Ian Rose. She is survived by : her daughter-in-law Brandee Stanley Rose of Henderson, CO.
