He was predeceased by : his parents, Melvin A. Washburn and Theresa O. Washburn (Cronauer). He is survived by : his brother Ed Washburn of Steuben; his sister-in-law Linda Washburn of Whitesboro; his niece Jennifer Sumner (Shawn) of Yorkville; his nephew Bryan Washburn of Clinton; his great-niece Grayson; and his great-nephew Archer Sumner of Yorkville. He is also survived by many cousins and friends.
