He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred F. Collis and Isabel Davis Collis; and his brother Howard Collis. He is survived by: his wife Donna Luczko; his sons, Fred Collis (Mary), David Collis (Michelle) and Paul Collis (Jessica); his grandchildren, Kate, David, Benjamin (Megan), Bryce, Samuel and Riley; his great grandchild August; his siblings, John Collis and Janice (Louie Fratangelo); his siblings-in-law, Marilyn Collis, Ed and Jeanette Luczko; his friend Don Morton; and his caregivers, Ollie, Carol, Dorene, Liza and Sejla. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
