With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jeanne S. Benson of Whitesboro, New York, who passed away on September 15, 2025 at the age of 97. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Norman Satterlee and Marion Satterlee (French); and her siblings, Norma Johnson, Norman Satterlee, Donald Satterlee, John Satterlee, Edward Satterlee, Carol Kaczor, Nancy Balawender, David Satterlee and Gerald Satterlee.
She is survived by: her children, Deborah Benson of New Hartford and Douglas Benson (Christine) of Whitesboro; her grandchildren, John Benson (Ivy), James Benson, Joshua Benson (Amy) and Kathryn Bond (Robert); her great grandchildren, Tyler Bond, Henry, Hazel and Harper Benson; and her siblings, William Satterlee, Mary Rink and James Satterlee (Gladys). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
