He is survived by: his wife Johanne Dam-Bush; his sons, Steven Bush, Scott Bush (Kim) and Kevin Bush (Nicole); his grandchildren, Jennifer Bush, Michael Bush (Jessica), Taylor Bush, Jordyn Bush and Jax Bush; his great grandchildren, Makayla Bush, Jaxson Beaumont, Kylee Beaumont, Riley Bush and Autumn Bush; and his brothers, John Bush (Elaine) and Kenneth Bush (Rose). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
