He was predeceased by : his parents, Raphael Cardinale and Christine Saile Cardinale; and his brother Norman Cardinale. He is survived by : his sons, Nicholas M, Christopher J. (Andrea); his wife Mary K.; his son Mel; his grandchildren, Nicholas, Daniel, Emily, Lianna, Raphael, Margarite, Samuel and Vasare; his sister Diana Schmitt; and his sister-in-law Lynne Burek (Julian Smith). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
