He was predeceased by : his parents, Francis Tobin and Paulena Tobin (Norton); his son Ryan Patrick Tobin; and his brothers, Francis, Jon and Paul Tobin.

He is survived by : his wife JoAnn Mosher; his daughters, Kadell Stewart and Jill Srnka (John); his grandchildren, Austin Eaker, Zachary Eaker, Brooke Manolescu and Emma Stewart; and his siblings, Joan Tobin, Tobias Tobin and Michael Tobin (Dale). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and numerous close friends.
