She was predeceased by : her parents, Michael Hayduk and Mary Tokarsky Hayduk; her husband Robert G. Jubis of Patrick's Church; and her siblings, Ann Rhodes, Michael Hayduk, John Hayduk and Joseph Hayduk.
She is survived by : her son Robert A.; her daughter-in-law Cathleen Jubis of New Hartford; her grandchildren, Robert T. Jubis and Rachel C. Jubis of New Hartford; her siblings-in-law, Helen Hayduk, Ann Hayduk, Ronald, Cathy Jubis and Raymunda Jubis; her niece Cynthia Kernan (Daniel); and her nephews, Michael Hayduk (Gina), Eric Hayduk and Brian Hayduk (Danielle). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
