He was predeceased by: his parents, Eva Black and Cloyd Black; and his sisters, Marie and Barbara. He is survived by: his wife Judy; his children, Michael of Golden, Brent (Kimberly) of Holland Patent, Courtney Swisher (Karl) of Ballston Spa and Trevor of Saratoga Springs; his grandchildren, Finley, Connor, Morgan, Mathew, Keira, Justin Colden (Jacquelyn) and Hunter; and his siblings, Elaine of Long Lake and Colburn of Long Lake.
Visitation was held on Sunday, June 1st 2025 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Dimbleby Funeral Homes - Whitesboro (40 Main St, Whitesboro, NY 13492). A funeral service was held on Monday, June 2nd 2025 at 11:30 AM at the St. Paul's Church (16 Park Ave, Whitesboro, NY 13492). A burial was held on Tuesday, June 3rd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Glenwood Cemetery (23348 County Rd 67, Watertown, NY 13601).
In lieu of flowers a donation may be made to the American Lung Association.
