It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Harold John Loder Sr. of Whitestone, New York, who passed away on February 24, 2026, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Edwin Loder and Helen J. Loder (Kral); and his sister Judith Knapik (Loder). He is survived by: his wife Marie Loder; his children, James Loder (Tamera), Amy Sweezy (Christopher), Andrew Loder (Marci), Harold Loder, Jr. (Tiffany), Matthew Loder (Julie) and Alda Loder; his grandchildren, Courtney Narkis (Ben), Brett Loder (Kristen), Taylor Sweezy (Kristin), Connor Sweezy (Tiffany Co), Kyle Sweezy, Claire Sweezy, Madeline Loder, Sebastian Loder, Morgan Loder, Keenan Loder (Mariah), Brennan Loder, Hannah Loder and Olivia Loder; and his great grandchildren, Ashley Narkis, Natalie Narkis, Jolene Loder and Jameson Loder.
