He is survived by: his wife Melinda; his father Don; his stepmother Linda; his mother Ruth; and his siblings, Kevin (Brenda), Laurie (Tom), Annette (Ricky), Jamie (Ray), Fred (Deanne), Ted (Lori) and Eric. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
