He was predeceased by: his daughter Karen Ann; his parents, Vernon Ford and Virginia Ford; and his brother Gary Ford. He is survived by: his wife Patricia; his daughters, Ami Cammarota (Stefano) and Kimberly Kalem (Corey); his grandchildren, Noah, Lila, Theia Cammarota, Jack, Jamal, Kendra and Kenyana Kalem; and his siblings, Edna Catherine Ford, Beverly Hill (Coe) and Ken Ford (David). He is also survived by many cousins; several dear nieces and nephews; and his beloved friends.

Memorial donations may be sent to the Triangle Fire Department, 3621 New York 206, Whitney Point, New York, 13862 in lieu of flowers.
