He is survived by: his children, Stephen VanHorn (Allison Conetah) of Barneveld, NY, Mike (Felicia Nussbaumer) of Ovid and Danielle Cornwell (Cody) of Mt. Washington, KY; his grandsons, Owen, Blake VanHorn, Lukas, Alexander and Eli Cornwell; and his siblings, Jeffrey VanHorn, Cynthia Brown (Buster) and Leslie VanHorn Sr. (Barb). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
