As we bid farewell to this luminous soul, let her loved ones carry forward the torch of her memory, illuminating the path ahead with the warmth of her love and the brilliance of her spirit. Though Cathy may journey beyond the horizon of our sight, her essence remains woven into the very fabric of our being — a guiding light in the darkness, a beacon of hope in the night.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Douglas DeMay and Melba DeMay (Buerman); and her sister Vicki Foss. She is survived by: her niece Tammy Baumgartner; her nephew Doug Putnam (Maryia); her great-nieces, Morgan Baumgartner and Paige Putnam; and her great-nephew Mason Putnam. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, and numerous friends.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 3rd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Young Funeral Home (4025 Ridge Rd, Williamson, NY 14589). A graveside service will be held on Saturday, June 21st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Lake View Cemetery (3967 Lake Rd, Williamson, NY 14589).
