With profound sadness, we say goodbye to James W. Boening of Williamson, New York, born in Sidney, New York, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. James left this world on April 18, 2024 at the age of 66, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, William H. Boening and Helen Mae Haney Boening. He is survived by : his wife Sandy; his children, Chastity Bird (Gregory), Chris Rainbow (Katee) and Willa Boening; his siblings, Debbie Gonshaw, Larry Boening, Connie DeCaire and Teresa Lamb; his siblings-in-law, Susan Narrow, Ruth VanGorder and Floyd Baker; and his mother-in-law Carol Gillotte. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; one great grandchild; many nieces, nephews.

Visitation was held on Monday, April 22nd 2024 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Robert L. Yost Funeral Home (123 W Main St, Palmyra, NY 14522). A memorial service was held on Tuesday, April 23rd 2024 at 5:00 PM at the First Baptist Church of Manchester (54 S Main St, Manchester, NY 14504). A reception was held on Tuesday, April 23rd 2024 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
