He was predeceased by: his wife Norma Dodge (Lucieer); his siblings, Lillian Lewis (Freeman), Ruth Caruana (Louis) and Ralph Dodge (Dorothy); and his in-laws, Wilhelmina DuBois (Ken), Naomi Scharles (Nip), Alice Morgan (Raymon), John (Lois), Floyd (May), Stanley, Edward (Betty) and James Lucieer (Joan).

He is survived by: his children, Linda Allen, Joyce Dodge and Alan Dodge; his grandchildren, Alisha Porteous (Michael), Melinda Allen (Donald Rich), Melissa Allen and John "Jack" Allen II (Katie Brown); and his great grandchildren, Alexandra, Victoria Mullin, Jacob Williams and Ariel Mullin. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations in loving memory of Leroy can be made to the Williamson Bible Baptist Church.
