He was predeceased by: his father Marshall Mayeu. He is survived by: his mother Judy Mayeu; his sisters, Shannon Mohr (Joe) and Jennifer Fonda (Brian); and his siblings' children, Joey Mohr, Shania Fonda, Rylee Mohr, Evelyn Fonda and Avery Fonda.

In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Williamson Volunteer Ambulance, 6334 Bennett Street, Williamson, NY 14589.
