He was predeceased by: his parents, Nelson Hopkins and Gladys Hopkins; and his sister Barbara Buck. He is survived by: his wife Carol; his sons, Bob and Dale Hopkins; his godson Russell Brown; his siblings, Janice Wangman and Richard Hopkins (Patti); and his brother-in-law Richard Rinker (Meghan). He is also survived by many extended family members and countless friends.
In lieu of flowers, donation can be made to the Pultneyville Fire Department or Williamson Volunteer Ambulance.
