He was predeceased by: his mother Avanell Watson; his stepfather Donald Watson; his father Edward Meadows; and his children, Scott and Angela Meadows.
He is survived by: his children, Wesley Meadows (Madeline), Tonya Cantwell (Mark) and Ashley McCoy; his grandchildren, Cameron, Cora Fobia, Amanda, Caleb Cantwell, Julianna and Austin Rolek; his significant other Christine Kelly; and his siblings, Jerry, Gary, Larry Meadows and Kristen DeFisher (Paul). He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
