She was predeceased by: her husband Carl H. Kieper; and her grandson David Kieper. She is survived by: her sons, Carl A. (Sharon) and Wayne Kieper (Rachel); her grandchildren, Nathan (Megan), Paul (Tara), Kathryn (Kirk Tibbets) and Kevin Kieper (Keiko); and her great grandchildren, Emily, Lily, Hailey, Zoe and Max. She is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Dean can be made to the Williamson Volunteer Ambulance Service or to her church.
