He was predeceased by: his parents, Isaac Sr. Mables and Mary Mables; his siblings, Isaac, Jr., Cornelius "Neil" Mables and Madelyn Cambier; his children, Thomas Mables and Patti DeWolf; his son-in-law Dan DeWolf; and his parents-in-law, Emily and Howard Cooley.
He is survived by: his wife Carol; and his sister Elizabeth DuBois. He is also survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and friends.
In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to the Wayne County Humane Society.
