She was predeceased by: her boyfriend Ed Jacobi; and her siblings, Bud Bongiovanni (Mert), Fred Bongiovanni, Elaine Vanderburgh (Lenny) and Charlie Bongiovanni.
She is survived by: her children, Lisa Uldrich, Ron and Ken Cummins (Karen); her daughter-in-law Wendy Cummins; her grandchildren, Tara Connelly (Mark), Jared, Jeffrey, Owen and Cory Cummins; her great grandchild Delta; her siblings, Betty Hunt (late Robert), Sue Stark (Dennis) and Lee Bongiovanni (Diane); and her sister-in-law Margo Bongiovanni. She is also survived by seventeen nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Feedmore of Western New York, a cause that was close to Barb's heart.
