He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Patricia DeSimone; his son Nicholas DeSimone; his grandchildren, Colin and Claire DeSimone; his parents, Carl J. DeSimone Sr. and Teresa Gemelli; his siblings, Thomas DeSimone (Kelly) and Virginia Cozzarin; and his brother-in-law Virgil Cozzarin. He was also cherished by nieces and nephews.
