He is survived by: his wife Catherine M. Costanza; his children, Anthony Matteo (JoAnna) and Mary Catherine Costanza (Michael Bermel); his brother James Costanza; and his nieces and nephews, Kelly Costanza and Josh Costanza. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
