He was predeceased by: his son Mark Kellogg (Jennifer); his parents, Russell Kellogg and Elaine Kellogg; and his brother Rod Kellogg (late Brenda). He is survived by: his wife Sandra Kellogg; his child Lauren Igo (Timothy); his grandchildren, Kelsey Wolak (Ben), Peter Igo, Luke Kellogg (Sierra), Courtney Igo and Jack Kellogg (Audrey); his great grandchildren, Colt and Quinn Newton; and his sister Sharon Hubert. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and many friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
