She was predeceased by: her parents, George Collins and Mae Collins; and her siblings, Doris Childs (Norwood), Donald Collins (Carolyn) and Phyllis Collins.

She is survived by: her husband John Dudek; her children, Lynn Dudek (Don Hoefler) and Caryn Lavocat (Timothy); her grandchildren, Courtney Danheiser (Eric), Kyle Evanetski, Matthew Evanetski, Derek Lavocat and Nathan Lavocat; her great grandchildren, Leila and Eva; and her siblings, Ellen Pridemore (Dennis), Sandra Collins, Steven Collins (Fillis) and Nancy Urbaniak (Stephen). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
