She was predeceased by: her parents, Lyle K. Ament and Cleo Ament; her sisters, Leone A. Toivonen and Dorothy J. Braughler; and her brother-in-law Reverend John T. Braughler.
She is survived by: her children, D. Bryce Herrington of Sharon, PA and Shandra H. Holt (Stephen) of Clarence, NY; her grandchildren, Jessica Langdon (Clay) of Coraopolis, PA, Michael Holt (Jessica) of Williamsville, NY and David Holt of Buffalo, NY; and her great grandchildren, Maxwell, Dean Langdon, Brooks and Avery Holt.
While living in Warren, PA, she worked for the American Cancer Society and in the Warren Area High School Guidance Office.
