He was predeceased by: his wife Joyce Giusti (Adams). He is survived by: his children, Frank P. Giusti, Jr., Lynelle Novak and Theodore Giusti; his grandchildren, Alexandra Gannon, Dominic Giusti, Ardyn and Adam Novak; and his brother David Giusti (Virginia). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and great nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers donations in Frank's name may be made to Hospice Buffalo.
