He is survived by: his wife Marilyn (MacMillan); his sons, Timothy (Karla) and Matthew (Jennifer); his grandchildren, Malana, Madalyn, Olivia, Samantha and Nathan; and his siblings, Gail Klein (Robert) and Gerald Bush (Stephanie). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
