He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Gehring and Lucille Gehring; and his siblings, Thomas Gehring (Mary) and Patrick Gehring. He is survived by: his wife Diane M. Gehring; his children, Dawn Farrell, Elyse Gehring and Mitchell Gehring (Colleen Creighton); his grandchildren, Grayson (Claire), Zachary, Tyler and Ryan; and his siblings, Linda Gehring, Jack Gehring (late Maryann), Janet Haynes (Bernie), Michael "Whitey" Gehring (late Cheryl Pelczynski), Kathy Capozzi (Frank) and Carol Dobo (Eddie). He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, July 20th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Roberts Funeral Home (1671 Maple Rd, Williamsville, NY 14221). The military honors will be held on Sunday, July 20th 2025 at 2:00 PM.
