It is with sadness that the passing of Patricia J. McCarty (Williamsville, New York) is shared. Patricia, born on January 27, 1939, passed away on October 2, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husbands, Charles D. McCarty, Jr. and Robert Transiskus; and her siblings, Kim, James and Earl Ketcham.
She is survived by: her children, Sandra Finch (Douglas), David McCarty (Michelle), Timothy Transiskus (Wendy) and Sharon Donohue (David); her grandchildren, Nicole Ford, Joseph Lysen (Rajpreet), Korey Kraus, Molly Finch, Jacob Finch and Jeremy Lysen; her great grandchildren, Nicholas, Theo and Lyra; and her brother Edward Ketcham. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Harris Hill Chapel (8440 Main St, Williamsville, NY 14221). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 at 9:30 AM at the St. John Lutheran Church (6540 Main St, Williamsville, NY 14221). A burial will be held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 at 10:45 AM at the Clarence Centre Cemetery (5665 Goodrich Rd, Clarence Center, NY 14032).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. John Lutheran Church or Habitat for Humanity.
