He was predeceased by: his parents, Reinhardt Belke and Catherine Belke. He is survived by: his wife Marcia; his daughters, Stephanie Belke Ryan (Shane) and Ashley Kate Maginn (Scott); his sister Susan Flinchum (Gerald); and his granddaughters, Quinn Avery Ryan and Margaret June Maginn.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, October 6th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Roberts Funeral Home (1671 Maple Rd, Williamsville, NY 14221). A celebration of life was held on Tuesday, October 6th 2026 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
