She was predeceased by: her father Frederick A. Cleveley. She is survived by: her mother Dorothy L. Cleveley; and her siblings, Frederick Cleveley (Janice), Michael Cleveley (Deborah), Darlene Cevaer (John) and Russell Cleveley. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
