She was predeceased by: her parents, Grady Anderson Williams and Emma Lucy Williams; her sons, Hozah Toledo and Charles Williams (Tammy); and her siblings, Pearl Lee, Ruby Stean, Grady R. C. Williams (Louise), Mary Lee, Occoia Williams, David Williams, Rose Emma Rankins (Rennie), Jurline, Ransom and Henry Charlie Williams.
She is survived by: her children, Rishone Todd, Antonio Toledo, Jannel Todd and Odane Todd; and her siblings, Lindsey Taylor (Edward) and Lura Williams (Shirley).
Visitation was held on Monday, July 28th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Pioneer Memorial Sda Church (404 Cedar Ave, Niagara Falls, NY 14301). A funeral service was held on Monday, July 28th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
