He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Goodnough and Marion Goodnough of Binghamton; and his brother Richard Goodnough. He is survived by: his daughters, Susan Goodnough, Jacqueline Carrese (James) and Jennifer Chetwynd (Jon); and his grandchildren, Jessica Peck (Dan), Matthew Poodiack (Ashly), Jason Cummings (Kyle), Luca Carrese, Jon Chetwynd and Thomas Chetwynd. He is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
A memorial service was held on Saturday, November 22nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the R. Chase & Son Funeral Home (737 Chenango St, Port Dickinson, NY 13901).
