She was predeceased by: her parents, Anthony Jensen, and Hilda [Schmidt] Jensen, Sr.; her husband Joseph S. Breczka, Sr.; and her sisters, Delores Mauhlbauer and Barbara Shamrock (Donald).

She is survived by: her children, Deborah Cottrell (Duane), Cheryl Parry (David), Joseph S. Breczka, Jr. (Diane) and Theresa Reagan (Peter); and her brother Robert Jensen (Linda). She is also survived by eleven grandchildren, fifteen great grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.

Memorials may be made in her name to Niagara Hospice.
