It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dorothy Psomiades (Windham, New York), who passed away on March 16, 2025, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Sam Misail and Anna Misail; and her husband John. She is survived by: her children, Alexis Cleveland (Edward) and Stephen (Dorothy Post); her grandchildren, Meredith Cleveland (Chris), Matthew (Ariane), Jonathan and Kelly; and her great grandchildren, Quinn, Maeve and Avery.

Donations in lieu of flowers may be made to the building fund for the Holy Apostles Greek Orthodox Church at 21590 Atlantic Blvd. #160 Dulles, VA 20166 or to the Make-A-Wish Foundation.

I never told John he wasn't the boss. My wife and I went to their apartment when Alexis was born. What a screamer! We lost contact when we moved to Florida, but they were still with us.
