He is survived by: his parents, Ryan Dempsey and Alisa Dempsey; his siblings, Chris Viola, Payton, Kensi, Kanin and Cade Dempsey; his grandparents, Ron, Leann Vining, Rod, Patti Dempsey, Richard and Alecia Hinckley; and his great-grandparent Mildred Phillips. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be given in Levi's honor to Polestar Outdoors, an organization that uses hunting and fishing to enrich the lives of young people.
