She is survived by: her husband James Jaeger; her children, James Jr. Jaeger (Erin), David Jaeger (Casey), Scott Jaeger, Cindy Jaeger and Eric Jaeger (Kate); her grandchildren, Shelby Taylor (Jake), Travis Jaeger (Amanda), Morgann Rockefeller (Chris), Evan Barker, Jesse Jaeger, Sheena DeFreitas (Cedric), Kevin Hoyt (Erin), Tyler Hoyt (Samantha), Alyssa Jaeger, Brianna Van Valin (Brandon), Mia Jaeger and Colton Jaeger; her great grandchildren, Mason, Aubrey, Reina, Ella, Berkeley, Oakley, Elynn, Zeke and Ellie Jo; and her siblings, Sandra Koehler (Norman) and Ronald Disbrow (Kate). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, September 25th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Decker Funeral Home (5312 NY-23, Windham, NY 12496). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Living Faith Community Church (545 Route 56, Maplecrest, NY 12454). A burial will be held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the Pleasant Valley Cemetery.
