He was predeceased by: his parents, Spiro Karamuze and Lula Karamuze. He is survived by: his brothers, Chris Karamuze and George Gavares; his niece Kelly Gavares; his nephew Vincent Gavares; and his great-nephews, Michael and Noah Gavares. He is also survived by his family, friends.
A funeral service was held on Thursday, September 10th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Greek Orthodox Church (4752 NY-23, Windham, NY 12496). A burial was held on Thursday, September 10th 2026 at 2:30 PM at the Mount Olivet Cemetery (65-40 Grand Ave, Maspeth, NY 11378).
