She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Chapin and Marian Chapin; and her husband Charles Strain. She is survived by: her children, Gene Schoeck (Joann) of Gloucester and Stephanie Mohamed of Windsor; her stepchildren, Julie Strain of Colorado, Jessica Wilson (Charles) of Florida and Brian Strain of Unadilla; her grandchildren, Jessica Thomas (Schoeck), Justin Schoeck, Kristian Seabrook, Amina Mohamed, Kiara Mohamed and Jillian Schoeck; her great grandchild Kilani Thomas; her siblings, Nancy Chapin, Deborah Wade, Mitchell Chapin (Kathy) and Charlie Holcomb; her brother-in-law Donald Holcomb; and her siblings, JoAnna Chapin and Robert Chapin.
