He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Washburn and Marion Washburn; his siblings, Reta Whitman and Kenny Washburn; and his niece Charlotte Monta.
He is survived by: his brothers, James Washburn and Thomas Washburn. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and many extended family.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, July 16th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Tuttle-Yeisley Funeral Home, Inc. (25 Susquehanna Ave, Hallstead, PA 18822). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
