With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Dawn S. Bell of Windsor, New York, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. She was predeceased by: her parents, Rayfield Merihew and Zona Merihew; her husband Ralph J Bell; and her brother Richard. She is survived by: her children, R. Joshua Bell Jr. (Charlotte) of Windsor, NY, Theresa Darling of Cortland and Patricia Congdon (Ray) of Cortland; her grandchildren, Nathaniel, Nicholas, Noah Darling, Cindi Barnes, Donna Hilfiger and Sean Congdon; and her sisters, Kay Waddy, Jean Kalilec, Joan Phillips (Paul) and Sharon Monroe. She is also survived by 7 great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
