He was predeceased by : his parents, Albert Foley and Ruth Foley (Brandt). He is survived by : his wife Loretta Repka; his children, Stephen Foley (Tara) of Oneida, NY, Kristin Foley (Lee Vannostrand) of Wingdale, NY and Laura Kiser (Kevin) of Ellenton, FL.; and his grandchildren, Caleb, Evan, Emma and Nathan.
