He is survived by: his daughters, Krista Colleen Mayette of Port Orange, FL, Melissa Beth Mayette of Wingdale, NY and Lisa Ann Marie Mayette (Eric Johnson) of North Salem, NY; his siblings-in-law, Robert Yanus and Dara Roberts; his grandchildren, Dean, Mary, Drew, Maya and Zoey Johnson; and his pet Sparky.
