She was predeceased by: her parents, Theodore Durant and Hazel Durant (Wilson); and her grandson Gavin Phelix. She is survived by: her husband Gilbert Phelix; her children, Adrian Phelix (Joanna Alba) and Deana (David Dissottle); her grandchildren, Kristara Phelix (Michael Provost), Kendall Dissottle, Kolby Phelix, Konnor Dissottle (Alexandra Convertini), Autumn Dissottle, Ariana Dissottle, Garrett Phelix, Gage Phelix, Israel Escobedo and Adrian Phelix Jr.; and her great grandchildren, Nolan Burnett and Miles Dissottle.

The family asks that memorial contributions be made in Deborah's name to a local charity of choice.
